Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • You may request a return if:

    • The product is damaged during shipping.

    • You received a defective or faulty item.

    • You were sent an incorrect product different from what you ordered.

  • Please note:
    Products that show signs of usage, tampering, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a return.


Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, accessories, and protective wraps.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided while requesting a return.

  • Items marked as non-returnable, personal care products opened/used, or items bought under clearance sale or special promotions are not eligible for return unless defective.


Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team via email or phone within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.

  • After your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the product back to us.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your product, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking proof.


Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved:

    • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

  • Please note:

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item sent).

    • If applicable, a partial refund may be issued if the product shows signs of use, missing parts, or damage not due to our error.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our return process must be followed.
